In 2016, Comet Delivery customers can expect better service than ever before – thanks to Comet's new computer system upgrade which features the most advanced online shipping, tracking and mapping software, including the ability to place and track orders on smartphones and tablets.
According to Comet President Steven Seltzer, customers can take advantage of leading edge technology along with Comet's highly personalized level of service: "The upgrade enables us to deliver the best of both worlds to our customers — up-to-the- minute mission-critical features backed by the excellent customer service upon which we stake our reputation – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year."
"With this new upgrade, we can offer infinite customization to meet the unique needs of each client," said Mark Seltzer, who spearheaded the software migration. "For example, we can upload entire spreadsheets of deliveries and route them to the respective drivers. We can also add templates for specific customer directives," he explained.
The system will be online and fully operational for customer use beginning Friday, February 5, 2016.
